You walk in and you’re instantly met with neon lights, body-pumping bass and the genuine smiles of women who already feel like friends.

The night begins with a guided opening movement to help you get comfortable in the space. Before you know it, you’re scream-singing P!nk lyrics with a stranger. You crush a sparkling soda and dance like you haven’t in years.

The music softens. Ambient sound fills the space. Your body is pulsing and your tear ducts fill. You’re led through a wind-down meditation and invited into a group sharing experience.

And, for the first time in a long time, you feel yourself again. You remember who you are.

Thank you thank you thank you. I have not been clubbing since I got sober for fear of relapse, but I’ve been missing it so much. I drove 5 hours to go to REUNION with my bestie and will be back with a bigger crew for the next one.

I have never felt such a rush of natural endorphins and a feeling of groundedness like I do after a REUNION Dance Party. It’s like nothing else – nothing.

I remember walking onto my first REUNION dance floor. It was hot, I was sweating, and I couldn’t stop dancing for hours. I also remember this insane feeling of freedom and support from strangers who were there. My body felt relaxed for weeks. I came back to six REUNIONs after that.

At 31, I went to my first rave and it changed my life. I left feeling so alive, so inspired and so myself. “Every woman needs this”, I thought.

Fast forward to December 2023, I put my teachings as a mindset coach to good use: I claimed a big audacious goal and put a date to it: “In 30 days, I will throw a dance party. And, to force myself to learn how to DJ, I will DJ it”. That party ended up being the catalyst for my DJ career and what REUNION is today. I went from not being a DJ on January 1st that year to doing 50+ gigs (including a wedding and the NYE ball drop in Toronto) and growing REUNION from a 30 person to a 500 person party in the span of a year.

I’m now on a mission to help millions of women remember who they are through music and dance, and to show them, they can do what they want to do, too.
